My Review Of Boomstick Trio, One Year Later.

18 Months Later …………….
The Broomstick Trio package.

I’ve used the Boomstick Trio, from Cindy Joseph, for about 18 months.

I wrote a review last year titled, “My Review of Boomstick Trio, by Cindy Joseph,” and it has been my most popular blog post to date.

I can only assume that there are many women, Baby Boomers like me, that are eager to ditch the lengthy traditional morning makeup regiment for a less complicated and more natural look.

In the past, I have spent gobs of money trying to find the perfect makeup ……. for me.  You name it, I’ve tried it!

I have bought the cheap stuff off of the drugstore shelves and I’ve bought the higher end stuff off those same shelves.  Eventually, I moved on to the more expensive products, sold in department stores, in my search to find the right items.  I’ve tried them all.

Most of those products felt “unnatural” on my skin.

Additionally, the majority made my face break out and, if you’re a Baby Boomer ………. I think you’d agree, we’re too darn old for pimples or surprise break-outs!

I’ve no complaints with the Boomstick Trio.  It goes on extremely fast, super easy and feels illuminating and radiant.  🙂

In fact, I have gotten better at applying the products and have learned a little more about where to put them.

After the application of the Boom products. I have never felt comfortable wearing a lot of makeup but you can definitely apply the products to accommodate a more intense appearance.

No ………….. Not there! 🙂

The Boomstick Trio is a blush, eyeshadow, bronzer, highlighter and moisturizer in three convenient 7-gram sticks.  You might consider it pricey however, in my opinion, I have spent far more money on cosmetics that have not served me well.  I feel the $76.00 is well worth the versatility they provide.

I have to admit that I didn’t really use Glo in the beginning, except on my lips as a moisturizer, but I now use it under my eyes and on the dry areas on my face and hands.  I use it as a “spot” moisturizer.  It feels luxurious, not greasy, on my skin.

I was also a bit stingy with the Glimmer.  I mainly used it on my eye lids, but now, I apply it high on my cheek bones and on my forehead as Ms. Joseph recommends in her video.  It also makes a fabulous lipstick, not only for “date nights” or special occasions, but for an everyday attractive lip color.

I love me some Glimmer!

What do most experts say about traditional makeup? ……….. Throw it away within 6 months and replace?  Depending on the specific beauty product, some can last 6 to 18 months.

Here’s my dirty little secret:  I’m still using the first Trio I bought!

So ……….. It’s over one year later.  Do I still love it?

YOU BET!

I am almost ready to invest in my second go-round and I think I will be trying more of the Boomstick products.
